Hello,

I’m Georgina, and I’ve dedicated over 16 years to supporting individuals on their journey to mental and emotional well-being. If you’re here, it’s likely you may be ready to explore some concerns, and I am here to help you through that process.

My Story

My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep desire to give back and make a difference in people’s lives. Over the years, I’ve worked with many individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem issues. I understand that talking about personal difficulties can be daunting, and even taking the first step to seek help can feel overwhelming. That’s why I strive to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and supported.

I’m trained in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, which allows me to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. My work is grounded in the belief that understanding yourself better can lead to healthier relationships, improved self-awareness, and a greater sense of balance in life.

My Approach

I am particularly passionate about making therapy accessible to everyone, including those from diverse backgrounds and those facing unique challenges like neurodiversity and physical disabilities.
